When you place an order, we will estimate a delivery date for you based on the shipping method you have chosen. This is an estimation only and is not guaranteed delivery date. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
You may return most new unopened items (excluding e liquids) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding our postage costs we have incurred. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.). If the item is reported as defective, we will check item for issue/fault before deeming it faulty.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of the return arriving with us and being deemed faulty, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the product testing and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 working days).

Proper Job!!
I LOVE this little mod! I decided to buy a Wismec Active 80w mod because winter's on its way (here now) and because I ride motorbikes all year round I needed a lightweight WATERPROOF mod. I do own a couple of Aegis mods but they are seriously HEAVY to carry around, as great as they are - I don't need the extra weight on every ride (like just going shopping). So, when I saw this on Go Smoke Free (and having read the raving reviews online) I decided it'd be ideal for my needs. On offer it made sense too! I can confirm it REALLY is PROPERLY waterproof! (It rains alot down 'ere!) I find it works nicely with an rdta and very well with a Vapresso NRG tank (keeps dimensions small). The speaker also works very well too, a good clear sound - and it doesn't run the battery out neither. I don't really use the speaker much but it's handy and kinda amusing too! I try not to run the battery too low before charging - about half low and takes approximately 30mins to charge to full. The initial charge took about an hour or so. As my Wismec Active isn't my only mod it doesn't bother me how long it takes to charge. The battery life is VERY good (for a built-in jobby). Obviously battery development has come on a long way - especially considering it has a quality built-in speaker (the sound is crisp & clear). If I'm out all day I KNOW my Wismec Active will be reliable! It fits in my hand good too, I can easily operate the fire button with my bike gloves on - even thick winter gloves! All in all I'm really pleased I brought this mod, especially the orange and black one - nice and cheerful on a cruddy winters' day!!
