Customer service is as always our top priority and as such our streamlined and customer focused delivery service is second to none.
Getting Your Goods Fast
We know that once you've ordered our quality vaping products that you can't wait to get your hands on them and so we offer same day dispatch. If you complete your order before 3pm (Monday to Friday) your order will be dispatched that very same day in 99% of cases. Please note that dispatch time after bank holidays and after sale/promotion events may increase by 1 working day due to excessive orders volumes.
If you order after 3pm (Monday to Friday) we'll dispatch the next working day, still ensuring that you receive your items as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind that there is no dispatch service available on a Saturday, Sunday or over Bank Holidays and so orders made on these days will be dispatched as soon as possible on the next working day.
Orders over £25 qualify for delivery as standard, so depending on your order size and value we dispatch by either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Via DPD courier service at our discretion. Orders under £25 will have a delivery charges detailed at checkout page prior to payment. On all orders, Royal Mail Special delivery is available for next working day service which ensures delivery before 1pm next working day (Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3pm). Please note that we can only guarantee dispatch of Special Delivery orders on orders made before 3pm on weekdays and orders made after this point, may be dispatched the following working day by Special Delivery. To summarise the shipping methods are as follows:
1 day service*. You will receive your parcel the next working day usually (this is not 100% assured every time and compensation is not provided if delayed) if you place your order by 3pm Monday – Thursday (excluding bank holidays).* DPD do not deliver on UK Bank Holidays
* Next Day Parcel from DPD can take two working days in remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some other off-shore islands. Deliveries at busy times can take an additional 24 hours for delivery as this is not a guaranteed timed service.
You will receive a tracking number and a tracking link sent direct to your mobile and email address you have provided to track your goods.

First Class Special Delivery (Delivery by 1pm)*
Next working day delivery service with goods arriving the next working day by 1pm (Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3pm) and will require a signature on delivery. Orders can be fully tracked at each location point via Royal Mail’s website. Deliveries are made on weekdays only and are NOT guaranteed for Saturday delivery by Royal Mail unless a Saturday Delivery Supplement is paid(see below). Cut off point for this service is 3pm Monday to Thursday.
First Class Special Delivery (Saturday Delivery Service by 1pm)*
Next working day delivery service with goods arriving the next working day including Saturday by 1pm and will require a signature on delivery. Orders can be fully tracked at each location point via Royal Mail’s website. Deliveries are made on Saturdays and are guaranteed for Saturday by Royal Mail. Cut off point for this service is 3pm Friday otherwise goods will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesady delivery.
*Please note that dispatch and delivery times are affected by Bank holidays. Please order in good time as the above guidance will alter due to National Bank holidays.
Where's My Order?
A majority (some also sent via DPD couriers) of our goods are sent via Royal Mail recorded (therefore require a signature on delivery) and orders may be traced using their dedicated Track and Trace service. If your order hasn't arrived within five working days of order dispacth, please get in touch and we will endeavour to help you locate your order. Please note that delays associated with Royal Mail are out of our control as once we provide Royal Mail goods, its up to their company to deliver goods in a timely manner. Please be patient.
