We only ship orders to UK and operate a Same Day Dispatch (99% of the time, sometimes delays may occur) on all orders placed before 4pm on working days (Monday to Friday excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). Any orders placed after 4pm cut off on weekdays (Monday to Friday) or over weekends, will be dispatched the next WORKING day. We do not dispatch goods over weekends or bank holidays and do not offer delivery on Bank Holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate a delivery date for you based on the shipping method you have chosen. This is an estimation only and is not guaranteed delivery date. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
You may return most new unopened items (excluding e liquids) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding our postage costs we have incurred. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.). If the item is reported as defective, we will check item for issue/fault before deeming it faulty.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of the return arriving with us and being deemed faulty, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the product testing and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 working days).

Subtlety Sexy!!
This Vapresso Armour Pro kit is SOOOO sexy!! In a very understated subtle way....... I was after a single battery mod with decent life and handy - pocket size. And when I spied this little beauty on GSF I KNEW I had to nab one!! Mine is white, probably the most elegant mod I own! The mod works brilliant - the fire button being the screen is a clever design. The screen is nice and bright and easy to read. I always like a clock (I don't wear a watch) and this mod displays the date too, which I also find very useful. The menu really is easy to navigate - having dedicated separate buttons I like too, not fiddly for me (tho I do have small fingers). The mod works fine with a 'regular' 1850 battery but for ease of use/more life i've upgraded to AWT 18650 3000mah, 40A (high drain) battery which is proving to be a much better option - easily lasting all day now. I love the fact that my Armour Pro can use a 20700/21700 battery too. The weight isn't noticeable - infact the mod feels alot more balanced with a bigger battery in use. My only word of warning is be CAREFUL when taking the battery out because I managed to scratch the skin with the battery door! The Armour Pro feels very tactical - smooth lines and comfy in my hand. The Cascade tank is chunky, not in a masculine way - weighty but oozing with quality! It does feel top-heavy but only slightly, and not with a bigger battery in use. Having said that the mod is TOTALLY stable as it has a lovely flat 'bottom'! ( I can't stand wobbly bottomed mods!!) The mesh coil is most pleasing for taste buds!! And they last YONKS!! (And excellent value!) My ONLY gripe (has to be one) is I am finding the refilling of the tank abit of a chore. The lock mechanism is solid, no worries. For me I use short-fill bottles of juice and I find I have to remove the drip-tip in order for me to refill. I'm also finding I need to refill alot cos the taste is just SOOO pleasing!! I just need to be a little more patient whilst refilling........ it's probably just me and that's why I'm not knocking a star off, this mod is GORGEOUS and deserves MORE
