As well as giving the Vandy Vape Pyro V2 RDTA a cool new profile, the company has radically redesigned the new tank to eliminate e juice leaks. The key design change in the Pyro V2 is the slick, top-cap airflow control ring. Incoming air is now drawn from the top of the tank, then fed down to dual honeycomb channels in the walls of the deck sleeve. This 24mm RDTA comes pre-fitted with a 2ml capacity Ultem tank and a squonk pin. A standard pin is also included in the kit.

The Vandy Vape Pro V2 features three filling options. First, traditional drip fans can drip e juice down through one of the kit’s two wide-bore 810 drip-tips. The second filling option is to remove the deck sleeve and fill the 2ml tank through one of the two available fill ports. You’ll notice that the sleeve is fitted with two silicone stoppers to completely seal the tank. The third filling option is to use the Pyro V2 with a squonk mod (not included). In squonking mode, the tank can be continuously topped up from your squonk bottle.

Aside from the new top airflow feature and squonk capability, version 2 of the Pyro RDTA has a build deck that is almost identical to the original version. The postless deck can handle single or dual coil builds. Four Phillips head screws are used to bolt coil leads into the deck’s terminal holes. Just like the original version, V2 comes with a handy measuring tool which helps you to trim the coil leads to the perfect length for the deck.
To maintain the original Pyro’s first-class flavour and cloud production, V2 also features combined side and below coil airflow. Like many of the latest rebuildable atomizers, the Pyro V2 RDTA utilises multi-hole ‘honeycomb’ on deck air feeds. You’ll find that the top airflow adjuster ring is raised above the deck sleeve. This allows you to view exactly how wide the top airflow intakes are set for balancing cloud, flavour, and the warmth of your vape.
Vandy Vape’s Pyro V2 RDTA is available with a Stainless Steel, Black, Blue, Rainbow, or Gold finish.
