We only ship orders to UK and operate a Same Day Dispatch (99% of the time, sometimes delays may occur) on all orders placed before 4pm on working days (Monday to Friday excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). Any orders placed after 4pm cut off on weekdays (Monday to Friday) or over weekends, will be dispatched the next WORKING day. We do not dispatch goods over weekends or bank holidays and do not offer delivery on Bank Holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate a delivery date for you based on the shipping method you have chosen. This is an estimation only and is not guaranteed delivery date. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
You may return most new unopened items (excluding e liquids) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding our postage costs we have incurred. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.). If the item is reported as defective, we will check item for issue/fault before deeming it faulty.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of the return arriving with us and being deemed faulty, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the product testing and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 working days).

Does what it says on the tin, excellent kit, one button system is what I was looking for no dilly dallying with temp control, great battery life, my only negative takes a long time to charge with the micro usb having a backup device spare is so handy

This was something I had researched online after having dabbled in vaping for about the 3rd time starting this time with a Joyetech AIO (Which is also a great bit of kit for more MTL seekers) and whilst I must say it started out HARSH, within one or two days I had already adjusted and low and behold, I'm now considering the idea that I may not be a smoker anymore, just someone who enjoys a vape every now and then :) I must warn you beginners, this is QUITE the step up from what you may be used to, plus, the 5ml capacity of the tank may seem like loads if you're used to something smaller with a lesser unit, let me tell you, this thing can really drink your juice lol!! I read that myself before buying and thought nothing of it, but expect to double or even triple your money out if you use this as often as you would your AIO type device... Saying that, I find it much more satisfying than my older unit, and I get much more flavour which is basically what I was looking for from this device :) So thumbs up from me! Great service and fast delivery from gosmokefree thankyou so much, considering buying another right now :)

Powerful!
I wasn't expecting this pen to be that powerful with the tank. Great silk and clean design, simple. Battery life last a few days and the power from the pen feels like it's pushing out between 45-70 Watts. I had to close the tank to calm it down, fully open and you get a strong, hard effect that hits you hard. Dont underestimate this power pen, excellent.
