Even before you switch the device on, the Charon TS 218 is a great looking mod. It’s a compact, palm sized device with black, toughened glass panels front and rear. The rear panel is a magnetic cover for the battery compartment – the front panel is a colourful, 2.4 inch touchscreen.
When activated, the Charon TS mod launches the SMOANT branded welcome screen. Three hexagonal icons offer touch access to ‘VW Mode’, ‘TC Mode’ or ‘Settings’. Choosing variable wattage mode brings up a ‘Main’ screen with icons for control of VW functions. The graphics are incredibly well designed for easy, intuitive operation. Along with numeric and graphic power setting scales, you can also select one of five coil pre-heating effects. The most spectacular of these effects is a full-screen VWCurve setting feature where you can quickly set up a custom pre-heating curve.
Temperature control (TC) mode offers a sophisticated menu system. The menu gives you touch control of coil wire selection, initial resistance settings, TC wattage control and custom TCR settings. The Charon TS 218 mod also has a graphic firing curve feature for temperature control vaping.
The main ‘Settings’ menu gives you full control of screen brightness, screen timeout and the Charon TS mod’s various modes. It also reports the current firmware version and offers the option of a ‘Factory Reset’ to default settings.
One of the Charon mod’s most useful features is the screen lock/stealth button. You’ll find this just above the fire button. In screen lock mode, the mod will still fire the atomizer – but the screen remains blank. As well as saving battery power, the lock also ensures that you can’t accidently change the mod’s settings.
In VW mode, the SMOANT Charon TS 218 Touch Screen mod will fire coils with a resistance as low as 0.1 Ohms. TC mode comes with pre-set configurations for the usual Stainless Steel, Nickel and Titanium coil wires. The minimum TC coil resistance is 0.05 Ohms.

We only ship orders to UK and operate a Same Day Dispatch (99% of the time, sometimes delays may occur) on all orders placed before 4pm on working days (Monday to Friday excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). Any orders placed after 4pm cut off on weekdays (Monday to Friday) or over weekends, will be dispatched the next WORKING day. We do not dispatch goods over weekends or bank holidays and do not offer delivery on Bank Holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate a delivery date for you based on the shipping method you have chosen. This is an estimation only and is not guaranteed delivery date. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
You may return most new unopened items (excluding e liquids) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding our postage costs we have incurred. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.). If the item is reported as defective, we will check item for issue/fault before deeming it faulty.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of the return arriving with us and being deemed faulty, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the product testing and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 working days).
