This genuine Aspire Nautilus 2 Replacement Glass Tank (as used on Nautilus 2 Tank and Aspire Zelos Kit) will restore your Nautilus 2 atomizer to its original, tip-top condition. Whether you’ve dropped your tank, broken the glass during cleaning, or the glass has just become a little gunky – this authentic Pyrex glass tube is a perfect fit for your Nautilus 2 tank.
Designed specially for the 22mm diameter, bell-shaped Nautilus 2 atomizer tank, this replacement Pyrex glass reservoir can be fitted to your tank in about two minutes. No special tools are needed – just unscrew the protective sleeve, then gently remove the old tank glass. Naturally, you’ll need to take extra care if the original tank glass is cracked or broken.
If you’ve given your Nautilus 2 atomizer a thorough clean, you may find that the replacement glass tank seems to be a tight fit. As a handy tip, we suggest that you moisten the O ring seals with a tiny dab of e juice. You’ll find that the new Pyrex glass section will slip easily into place over the lubricated seals.
Just like the original glass reservoir, this replacement glass tank holds a TPD legal fill of 2ml. Please note that this quality Pyrex glass tube is only compatible with the Aspire Nautilus 2 Tank, as supplied with Aspire’s Zelos mouth-to-lung (MTL) vape kit.
Note: A Vape Tank isn’t provided with this replacement Nautilus 2 Tank Glass. Why not order one from our selection of vaping tanks in store.
This spare is genuine Pyrex glass only. Use this replacement Pyrex glass if your original item has been dropped, broken, or is showing signs of wear and tear.

We only ship orders to UK and operate a Same Day Dispatch (99% of the time, sometimes delays may occur) on all orders placed before 4pm on working days (Monday to Friday excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). Any orders placed after 4pm cut off on weekdays (Monday to Friday) or over weekends, will be dispatched the next WORKING day. We do not dispatch goods over weekends or bank holidays and do not offer delivery on Bank Holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate a delivery date for you based on the shipping method you have chosen. This is an estimation only and is not guaranteed delivery date. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
You may return most new unopened items (excluding e liquids) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding our postage costs we have incurred. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.). If the item is reported as defective, we will check item for issue/fault before deeming it faulty.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of the return arriving with us and being deemed faulty, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the product testing and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 working days).
