We only ship orders to UK and operate a Same Day Dispatch (99% of the time, sometimes delays may occur) on all orders placed before 4pm on working days (Monday to Friday excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). When you place an order, we will estimate a delivery date for you based on the shipping method you have chosen. This is an estimation only and is not guaranteed delivery date. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
You may return most new unopened items (excluding e liquids) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding our postage costs we have incurred. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.). If the item is reported as defective, we will check item for issue/fault before deeming it faulty.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of the return arriving with us and being deemed faulty, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the product testing and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 working days).

Fantastic starter
I have tried to quit many times over the years and I have never managed it I am now 5 days smoke free and I have no intention of going back to it. If you looking for something that really takes the craving away this is the one for you

Best beginner kit I saw
After smoking for 20+ years I got some bad news and decided it was time for change, so I started looking around at different vape kits, which for a noob is a mine field and leaves you wondering if you need a degree just to vape. After looking at both price and type I chose this Smok kit as it seemed the easiest to use and maintain which for a noob is a good thing. I've been using it now for almost a week and I'm not regretting my purchase, yes it takes several hours to charge the mod and although that's my only con I'm guessing it's the same for many others. The positives are it's easy to use, easy to clean, coils are ready made and easy to change and it produces good flavor and cloud. I'd recommend this kit for anyone who wishes to get into vaping, the only hard choice they'll have is what juice to get as there's loads of different flavors. I have also watched several YouTube videos on this kit and would advise looking at them as they all give great information on how to use and maintain it, plus there are some videos that will make you laugh just from how they review. So to sum this kit up, I can only say I'm very pleased with my purchase and if your new to the vape world you won't find anything this good for the price.

The BEST
My first vape was this model, and because I knew nothing about baling and the maintenance/general care of vape pens, it ended up being passed onto a relative. After that, I went ahead and bought a normal pen, and then a bigger pen with a mod and tank and customised it with the Aspire Cleito. Anyway, I broke the aspire cleito and for the same price I thought I might as well try a new pen. Which lead me to this, by far the most positively reviewed and it is definitely representative of those reviews. Easy and simple to use, I use the 0.25 Coil and LOVE it. Great flavour and great vapour production. Absolutely no issues with it, which I did find many issues with other vapes I have used. Overall, this is a wonderful vape pen and is perfect for beginners like me who love flavour and a good cloud.

Great pen style vape kit
Ordered at the same time as my Smok Alien 220w kit so I'd have backup, and something to stick in my pocket when off on my bike! Brilliant pen vape, plenty of power for a good hit, great tank as on the Alien. Really like the Smok range and lots of other bits now on my wishlist! Great service, delivery and price from GoSmokeFree, as well as some free juice.

It was my first vape stick
well, it is a good learning curve. easy to use (though, gotto replace the stock gaskets with the replacement set that it comes with - original rubbers leak. have 2 and both leaked until replaced.), flavours are nice. it is comfortable, the metallic feel to it is pleasing, though paint scratched off withing first 2 weeks in jeans pocket. it's a great kit for those starting - to learn all the basics and I do not regret buying it. if used with OMG (sold on this same site) liquids, coils burn in 3-4 days. and the original duo it comes with (0.125ohm and 0.25ohm) don't last at all, so if buying this, get a set of replacement coils (would defo suggest the 0.25 over 0.125!) about 1.5-2 weeks after buying 2 of these, i bought also Innokin riptide (also from this site) and, in all honesty, love the quality of riptide more. but it might be just plain preference thing...

Really good vape - very impressed
I'm not a vape 'enthusiast' and thus not into a tank sized thing with hundreds of options, but I've been through a bunch of vapes in an attempt to find one that works for me (Endura t18 - coils kept burning, e-leaf i-go - a bit feeble, Kanger togo mini - coils burned out too quickly, not quite satisfying enough). I can honestly say that this vape is really good. The tank is very clear for determining how much liquid is left (it looks a bit breakable but it comes with some bands to protect), also the coils soak up right from the bottom so there's no risk that it's not getting at the last bit of juice in the tank. I'd have no bother in recommending.
