When you press the fire button on your Ego ONE, tiny heating coils in the atomizer tank turn e liquid into delicious, mouth-watering vapour. There are two types of atomizer coils that come with your Ego ONE kit. The pre-fitted coil is designed with a tighter, cigarette style draw. Regular vapers call this ‘mouth to lung’ style vaping. The alternative coil in the Ego ONE kit is a special ‘sub-ohm’ type. This coil works at a higher energy to produce bigger clouds and flavours.
The Ego ONE has a simple, ‘bottom fill’ atomizer tank. Refilling with fresh e liquid is quick, convenient and clean. Atomizer coils will eventually wear out after a week or two of regular use. No special tools are needed to fit new coils. It’s easy to unscrew the atomizer tank base and swap the old coil for a fresh replacement.
As well as offering two vaping styles in a single device, the Ego ONE also has a simple airflow adjuster. Wider airflow settings increase the volume of the vapour clouds, and give a slightly cooler vape. Reducing the airflow makes the clouds more discreet, and intensifies the flavour of your e liquid.
For optimum safety in your bag or pocket, you need to click the Ego ONE’s fire button 5 times to activate the device. With the device on, you simply press the fire button to vape. When the Ego ONE runs out of battery power, the fire button will flash. Plug in the supplied cable and recharge your vape from a laptop or other USB power source.

We only ship orders to UK and operate a Same Day Dispatch (99% of the time, sometimes delays may occur) on all orders placed before 4pm on working days (Monday to Friday excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). Any orders placed after 4pm cut off on weekdays (Monday to Friday) or over weekends, will be dispatched the next WORKING day. We do not dispatch goods over weekends or bank holidays and do not offer delivery on Bank Holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate a delivery date for you based on the shipping method you have chosen. This is an estimation only and is not guaranteed delivery date. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
You may return most new unopened items (excluding e liquids) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding our postage costs we have incurred. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.). If the item is reported as defective, we will check item for issue/fault before deeming it faulty.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of the return arriving with us and being deemed faulty, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the product testing and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 working days).
