We only ship orders to UK and operate a Same Day Dispatch (99% of the time, sometimes delays may occur) on all orders placed before 4pm on working days (Monday to Friday excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). Any orders placed after 4pm cut off on weekdays (Monday to Friday) or over weekends, will be dispatched the next WORKING day. We do not dispatch goods over weekends or bank holidays and do not offer delivery on Bank Holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate a delivery date for you based on the shipping method you have chosen. This is an estimation only and is not guaranteed delivery date. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
You may return most new unopened items (excluding e liquids) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding our postage costs we have incurred. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.). If the item is reported as defective, we will check item for issue/fault before deeming it faulty.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of the return arriving with us and being deemed faulty, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the product testing and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 working days).

Lucky dip.. a lot of variety
I was really pleased with these . A couple of them were things I would never have chosen, but I enjoyed them better than anticipated. Have ordered again.

Great variety
Very varied variety of flavours, definitely a good way to try juices you wouldn't normally choose and found a new favourite. One bottle leaked during delivery but was still usable

To be honest I get excited about this as you dont know what you are getting and the good thing is that if you don't like a certain flavour you can ask them not to put it in.

Good for trying new flavours
I’ve had 2 lucky dips and the first one was great. Some flavours I’d never choose that I found pleasant. This time I had a banana and a cola flavour both of which I will not be able to try so I’ll probably not attempt the lucky dip again, unfortunately.

Lucky Dip. Totally Random.
I like this. Sometimes I get awful flavours but its normally only 1 bottle. The rest of the time I get fantastic flavours. I have found a few new favourites and some flavours I would never even have considered trying before. The price can't be beat and the range of flavours from cinnamon coffee (tastes like coffee cream sweets) to Ice-cream and donuts. A few times the bottles have leaked or been faulty but I always just sit them upright and then decant them into an empty bottle of one of the previous flavours. I honestly don't buy much else anymore as the variety here keeps me going for months. It is sad when they send you a discontinued flavour and you can't butly it again but hey, that's the luck of the draw!

Very good price i got ten of them trying to find a new flavour so far I have tried 6. 3 of them i like 3 i dont the donuts ones i got are not good but the apple one is one of the best i have had. the reason i gave it 4 one of the bottles lid was not on properly so I lost half of it in parcel
