The lifespan of any atomiser heads varies greatly depending on the e liquid used, voltage passed through them (too high voltage decreases life expectancy) and the regularity of usage of your electronic device.
We only ship orders to UK and operate a Same Day Dispatch (99% of the time, sometimes delays may occur) on all orders placed before 4pm on working days (Monday to Friday excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). Any orders placed after 4pm cut off on weekdays (Monday to Friday) or over weekends, will be dispatched the next WORKING day. We do not dispatch goods over weekends or bank holidays and do not offer delivery on Bank Holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate a delivery date for you based on the shipping method you have chosen. This is an estimation only and is not guaranteed delivery date. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
You may return most new unopened items (excluding e liquids) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding our postage costs we have incurred. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.). If the item is reported as defective, we will check item for issue/fault before deeming it faulty.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of the return arriving with us and being deemed faulty, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the product testing and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 working days).

An RBA kit for superb flavour & clouds
If you have the Uwell Crown Tank or are contemplating purchasing this tank then I thoroughly recommend buying the RBA kit too. If you have never used an RBA before then Uwell have simplified the transition from stock coils to RBA with this kit. The kit comes pre-installed with a coil (mine was fitted with a 0.25 Ω coil) as well as including a further two pre-made coils as well as spare O rings, a Phillips 000 screwdriver and some Japanese cotton. I can say with total confidence that once you cut your cotton, insert it into the coil properly, optimally wick with your favourite juice you will experience a vape that you did not know was possible. The flavour and clouds produced will ensure you a very happy day. If you are new to RDA's and want to proceed with caution, and are not ready yet to produce your own coils then the Uwell Crown RBA kit is meant for you. Once you have finished with the supplied coils then pre-made coils of a various resistances can be obtained easily from various vendors. If you are contemplating making your own coils then this Crown Uwell RDA kit is also ideal for you. There is ample space on this RBA deck to produce excellent horizontally mounted coils and it is also very simple to install your own vertically mounted coils if desired. I have bought three Uwell Crown RBA's for my three Uwell Crown tanks, all from Gosmokefree.co.uk. This enables me to have three mods mounted with the Uwell Crown tanks and RBA's fitted with various resistance /coil types and different juices so that I can dip from one to another at will to enjoy diverse flavours with a range of intensities. I unreservedly recommend this RBA kit as it will provide you with phenomenal flavour and extraordinary clouds.
